Chest enlargement for men

Chest enlargement procedure

The procedure is carried out under general anaesthetic and takes approximately one hour. The implants are inserted under the large pectoral muscle. They are put in position via a small incision in the armpit. The scar will barely be visible. After stitching together the wound, the plastic surgeon applies a support bandage to the chest.

Post procedure

You are allowed to go home the very same day. The bandage is to be kept on for one week. After the operation, you obviously have to be careful. For a period of six weeks, you are to refrain from doing any strenuous exercise, lifting heavy weights or performing any heavy work. In the beginning, your chest will feel quite hard and tight. But this feeling will go away after a couple of months. After approximately three months, the results will generally be plain to see.

You will go back to see the plastic surgeon a week after the procedure for a check-up and to have the bandage and stitches removed. Follow-up check-ups will be made in consultation with the specialist.
