Earlobe correction

Earlobes can sometimes be too large, elongated or torn. A minor procedure can be performed to help this problem.

You can make an appointment for a consultation with the plastic surgeon. This first consultation is free of charge.

The specialist will be able to tell you if such a procedure can be performed on you. And whether the result you want is achievable. During this consultation, the surgeon may show you pre-op and post-op photos.

Earlobe correction procedure

The procedure is carried out under local anaesthetic. A bit of the lobe is removed via a small incision. Once the wound has been stitched, it is covered with sticking plaster. The scars are barely visible.

Post procedure

You will be free to go home shortly after the procedure. You will go back to see the plastic surgeon a week after the procedure for a check-up and to have the sticking plaster and stitches removed. Follow-up check-ups will be made in consultation with the specialist.
