Lip augmentation

The specialist will be able to tell you if such a procedure can be performed on you. And whether the result you want is achievable. During this consultation, the surgeon may show you pre-op and post-op photos.

Lip augmentation procedure

The procedure you wish to have will be selected in consultation with the plastic surgeon. The procedure can be carried out under local anaesthetic, but this is not a prerequisite. Your lips will be augmented via an injection of the selected injectable or your own body fat using a fine needle.

Post procedure

You should not exert any lasting pressure on the area treated for a couple of days. Make-up may be put on and taken off. There may sometimes be slight swelling or bruising. This will quickly go away. You will go back to see the plastic surgeon for a check-up a week after the procedure.
